1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vorzal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners and their representatives.
2. Description of Service
Vorzal provides AI-powered business agents for small and medium-sized businesses in Latin America. Our services include automated customer conversation management via WhatsApp and other messaging channels, Google Business Profile review management and auto-reply, appointment scheduling automation, and sales support tools. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service you must create an account using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Google Business Profile Integration
When you connect your Google Business Profile to Vorzal, you authorize us to access and manage your business profile data, including reviews, on your behalf. You represent that you are authorized to grant this access for the business account in question. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your account settings or through your Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com. We will only use this access for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, impersonate any person or entity, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Payment and Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Vorzal reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, content, and branding, is owned by Vorzal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Vorzal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorzal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Vorzal has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate your account at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. Vorzal may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Vorzal is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
Vorzal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. SMS Terms
Vorzal may send SMS messages to users who have opted in via our contact form. By opting in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS messages from Vorzal.
